smart check-in
The purpose of the app is to permit controlled and configurable booking of spaces and assets such as desks, meeting rooms, and parking for one or more locations across the country.
skills app
The goal of the app is to cover the entire flow of skills management at the employee and team level by having a complete and updated mapping of all resources. The mapping of resources in terms of skills, certifications, and growth plans supports periodic follow-up with a simple visualization of which ones are in line with one’s goals, and showing the team’s ability to respond to market demands for the specific industry it covers.

Employee portal with profiled access to entering vacation, smartworking, sick and leave requests.
easyxpense
EasyXpense module enables fast and efficient management of employee expense recording and categorization, including the approval and review process, and integrating with Teams and e-mail to permit a quick and easy process even on the move.
Analytics
This module is based on a comprehensive data model focused on supporting key HR information. Part of this is based on data fetched from the App above, and part can be supplemented by other data sources, such as payroll.

The solution is fully integrated with the Microsoft Workplce Anlaytics (WPA) module. This module is based on the use of MS Office 365 and Teams and enables metrics and insights such as team collaborations and network, time organizations, manager support, or burnout risk. Time lapse data permits tracking change in the way work is done and can support initiatives aimed at improving manager support and team collaboration with a resource focus and is fully GDPR compliant.
