DGS receives the Gold Medal from EcoVadis for Sustainability

DGS S.p.A has received the Gold Medal for Sustainability from EcoVadis, confirming the excellence of its environmental, social and ethical (ESG) management system.

DGS S.p.A. is pleased to announce that it has received the prestigious Gold Medal from EcoVadis, one of the leading international eco-sustainability rating platforms. This recognition highlights the excellence of DGS’s sustainability management system and confirms its commitment to promoting transparency along the entire value chain.

EcoVadis assessed the company’s environmental, social and ethical (ESG) compliance in the 12 months preceding the date the medal was awarded, examining its performance in four key areas: Environment, Labour Practices and Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. The result of this assessment resulted in an overall score of 73/100, placing DGS in the top 5% of companies with the highest scores.

The strengths of DGS’s ESG performance are mainly focused on ethical and environmental issues, with a rating of 80 out of 100 in both categories.
