DGS acquires Tow 80, the company specialising in system integration services based on ServiceNow technology, from Beta 80

The investment will allow to DGS to enter in fast-growing market of ServiceNow, the Cloud platform dedicated to the management of all phases of the workflow digitalization and digital transformation, and to Beta 80 to do important investments on its own core business.

Rome, july 27th – DGS S.p.A. (“DGS”), company portfolio of H.I.G. Europe – European subsidiary of the international investment fund H.I.G. Capital with $50 billion of capital under management – and one of the primary operators in italian business Information Technology, specialising in digital transformation of business processes and in cybersecurity services, announces the completion of the acquisition of Tow 80 S.r.l. (“Tow 80” or the “Society”).

Tow 80, based in Milan, is the first italian society exclusively dedicated to ServiceNow platform, awarded “Global Partner of the Year” in 2020. In addiction, Elite Partner ServiceNow is the highest level of partnership envisaged for local players.

The Society provides consultancy, implementation, support and training services on the ‘Now Platform’ to medium and large-sized customers in various sectors, accompanying them towards workflow digitisation as part of a broader digital transformation process. Tow 80 has over 250 certifications and about 100 active projects in Italy.
