DGS acquires Sarce, a Parma-based company with a leading position in the digital transformation sector

DGS, the portfolio company affiliated with H.I.G. Capital, acquires Sarce, a Parma-based company with a leading position in the digital transformation sector.

Based in Parma with over 100 employees, Sarce is a company which has been active in digital transformation for over 40 years; the offer of the Society includes system integration applications, in particular ERP, analytics, CRM and IoT solutions, as well as cloud migration and cloud management services. Sarce has more than 300 customers mainly based in Emilia-Romagna and active in the financial services, food & beverage and manufacturing sectors.

The investment will further strengthen DGS’s presence in northern Italy with a focus on the cloud management segment.
